Developed by Michael Taft, the "Stack Model" is provides a clear and detailed road map for your personal meditation practice. Particularly focused on vipassana/vipashyana, and influenced by the work of Shinzen Young as well as other great teachers, the Stack Model comprises four stages that meditators work through on their way to deep awakening.
