Hack the Gap Demo Day February 2025

What is Hack the Gap?
Hack the Gap is a two-day hackathon on February 8-9, 2025, designed to create a vibrant, inclusive weekend where people from diverse backgrounds and experience levels can collaborate, learn, and build together. And Demo Day is where the teams will showcase the projects they built from scratch over the weekend. Read more about it here:

How does it work?
Participants form teams of 3-5 consisting of programmers, designers, testers, and idea people. Teams form on Saturday morning and will build a product idea from scratch using any technology. Teams consult with mentors throughout the weekend to ask questions and get feedback. Then on Sunday, the teams demo their product to a panel of judges from the community.
