Your favorite freedom park habitual yoga class is back!Your favorite Monday night class is back at Freedom Park Amphitheatre!
**Please RSVP before class through fitDEGREE (also saves on eventbrite fees ;)** This is not your typical yoga class . The intention of this class is to create a space where we can come together as a community to be and feel well.
This is an all levels yoga class; beginner's welcome. Come prepared to activate your voice before and after class for moments of community discussion. Conversations may vary from your intention for class, a recent experience, your perspective on topic, etc. Ultimately we want you to feel more connected with yourself and those you get to interact with.
What to bring: comfortable clothes, water, yoga mat (or other), and an open mind!
Where to Find Us: Park on the side streets, or in designated parking areas. Walk towards the lake and meet us under the island amphitheater pavilion.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check-in.
