Habitual Yoga at Freedom Park

This isn't your typical yoga class. Our intention is to create a space where we can come together as a community to move, breathe, and feel well—inside and out.

This all-levels class is open to everyone, including beginners! Expect moments of community discussion before and after class, where you’re invited to share your thoughts, intentions, or experiences if you feel called to. These conversations help deepen our connection to ourselves and those around us.

Park along the side streets or in designated parking areas. Then, walk toward the lake and meet us under the island amphitheater pavilion.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in and get settled.
