"Habitual Yinny at Lenny" is a unique experience designed to harmonize body and mind while making meaningful connections.

Yin Yoga invites you to slow down for a meditative practice, emphasizing longer-held postures to tap into your body's deeper connective tissues. Yin also improves flexibility, boosts circulation, and reduces tension. This practice is suitable for all levels.

After the class, you're invited to stay and connect with the Habitual Roots community over your complimentary Lenny Boy beverages. It's an opportunity to unwind, converse, and connect.

What to bring: A yoga mat, water bottle, and any props to allow yourself to get deeper into the poses~ Blocks/Bolsters/Blankets we will have limited bolsters accessible!
