Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and delve into a meditative practice, emphasizing longer-held postures to tap into your body's deeper connective tissues. Yin yoga also improves flexibility, boosts circulation, and reduces tension. This is a practice suitable for all levels.

After class, you're invited to stay and connect with the Habitual Roots community over your complimentary Lenny Boy beverages. It's an opportunity to unwind, converse, and connect.

What to bring: A yoga mat, water bottle, and any props to allow yourself to get deeper into the poses~ Blocks/Bolsters/Blankets we will have limited bolsters accessible!
