Join Habitual Roots and the amazing community for evening movement and mindful mingling.
Join Habitual Roots with our team for Monday evening movement and mindful mingling at The Beacon: Immersive Art & Dance Bar Located in Denver's RiNo Art District! Enjoy inspired designs from Tulum to Tokyo that spark authenticity, presence and creativity.
Parking on side streets around the space, we will be meeting at 2854 Larimer Street
The intention of this class is to create a space where we can come together as a community to move our bodies, expand our minds, explore our breath, and re-connect to ourselves and those around us. We then work to integrate the teaching we receive on our mats into life.
This is a 60 minute- all levels class that will include movement as well an opportunity to mingle (safely) together, discussing varying topics as we support each other in an ever changing world.
This class is accessible to all, with the opportunity to donate to Habitual Roots Nonprofit. Habitual Roots is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to connecting communities by spreading the knowledge of emotional intelligence and mindfulness. Our goal is to create a world where everyone has the opportunity to know themselves well and improve their sense of inner peace.
Donation possibilities include: cash, venmo (@habitualroots), or donate on our website (www.habitualroots.com)
If you’re unable to afford any of these options, email [email protected] to request a scholarship.

Looking forward to connecting with you all! Together we can put U back in hUman!
About your facilitator:
Kaylee is a certified yoga teacher based in Denver. With an athletic background and innate passion for dance, she always found comfort in being able to find a mind-body connection through movement. Moving to Colorado in 2019 allowed her to explore that connection at much greater depths.
As Kaylee found her personal practice, she was able to discover the intentionality of slowing down the body and mind as well as creating space for emotional awareness. Her teaching journey began at another job, where she softly guided a community of adults with intellectual diversities. She was able to witness a transformative shift within her clients when they would participate in yoga. That shift ultimately sparked her desire to continue learning and growing with others through the offering of yoga.
In 2022, Kaylee followed her heart to Karma Yoga Center where she received her 200 hr teacher training. She now leads weekly classes for a nonprofit providing accessible wellness offerings to the community. Kaylee believes that our own personal journeys are our greatest offerings, and this inspires her classes through a truth of coming home, through the heart of yoga, and to the heart of the Self.
