Habit Building Workshop

Habit Building is designed to foster personal growth through the examination of conscious and subconscious habits. Understanding habits and honing the ability to break or build them plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between who one is and who one wants to be. This program provides a safe environment where learners can evaluate the beliefs, emotions, and behaviors that determine the trajectory of their lives. At the heart of Habit Building lies the focus to help learners identify and practice habits critical to success in various aspects of life: work, relationships, and health.

The Habit Building program helps learners break old habits and create new ones. Through experiential learning, participants will have the opportunity to address the beliefs, emotions, and behaviors that govern personal growth. Learners will understand the factors that influence habit formation as well as the impact they have on health and productivity.
