Physical passes must be collected before the event.

Collection details, timings, and other event guidelines will be communicated to all registered pass holders closer to Navratri.

Important Information

• Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing your pass.
• Each pass is valid for one person only.
• Phase 1 is available for a limited number of passes.
• Food, beverages and any additional experiences (if available) are not included and will be chargeable.
• Please carry your order confirmation and a valid government-issued photo ID while collecting your pass.
• Physical passes are mandatory for entry.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase: By purchasing a ticket/pass for HAALO 2026, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Non-Refundable Tickets: All tickets/passes are non-refundable once purchased, except in the event of cancellation of the event by the organisers, subject to the applicable refund policy.
3. Physical Pass Mandatory: A physical pass is mandatory for entry to the event. Digital confirmations, booking receipts, or screenshots alone will not be accepted for entry.
4. Entry & Verification: The physical pass must be presented at the entry gate and may be checked by the event organisers. Entry will be permitted only against a valid pass.
5. Lost, Damaged or Misplaced Passes: The organisers will not be responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced physical passes. Duplicate or replacement passes may not be issued.
6. Event Changes: The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including timings, venue arrangements, artists, performances, or other event-related details, if required.
7. Event Cancellation: In case the event is cancelled by the organisers, the refund policy, if applicable, will be communicated separately.
8. Right of Admission: The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual for reasons including violation of event rules, inappropriate behaviour, or security concerns.
9. Age & Identification: Guests may be required to present a valid government-issued ID for age or identity verification.
10. Prohibited Items & Conduct: Guests must comply with all venue and event security regulations. Entry may be denied for possession of prohibited items or inappropriate conduct.
11. Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The organisers will not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
12. Photography & Videography: Photography and videography may take place during the event for promotional and documentation purposes. By attending the event, guests consent to appearing in such event-related content.
13. Acceptance of Terms: Purchase of a ticket/pass constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
14. Assumption of Risk: Guests acknowledge that participation in a Garba and dance event involves physical activity and movement. Guests attend and participate at their own discretion and are responsible for taking reasonable care of their personal safety.
15. Unauthorised Resale: Tickets/passes purchased through unauthorised sources may be cancelled or refused entry. The organisers shall not be responsible for tickets obtained through third parties, fraudulent sellers, or unauthorised channels.
16. Security & Search: For safety and security purposes, guests may be subject to security checks at the venue. Guests must comply with reasonable instructions issued by the security team and event organisers.
17. Pass Does Not Guarantee Specific Seating / Area: Unless specifically stated otherwise, the purchase of a pass does not guarantee a reserved seat, table, or specific location within the event premises. Entry and access shall be subject to the event's designated areas and arrangements.
18. Force Majeure: The organisers shall not be liable for failure, delay, postponement, or changes to the event caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government orders, civil disturbances, public emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the event or ticket purchase shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
20. Modification of Terms: The organisers reserve the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions when reasonably necessary. The latest version published on the official event platform shall apply.
