Ar draws ein cymunedau, mae hyder mewn brechlynnau wedi dirywio. Rydym yn gweld llai o bobl yn dod ymlaen ar gyfer imiwnedd arferol — nid am nad ydynt yn poeni, ond am fod rhwystrau o ran ymddiriedaeth, mynediad a gwybodaeth gamarweiniol yn dal i sefyll yn y ffordd.

Mae angen cefnogaeth lleisiau y mae ein cymunedau eisoes yn eu hadnabod ac yn ymddiried ynddynt — pobl fel chi.

Rwy’n falch o’ch gwahodd i Gynhadledd Brechu Gwent — digwyddiad hollbwysig o leisiau cymunedol, arweinwyr gwreiddiau glas, a phartneriaid system, oll yn ymrwymedig i newid y sgwrs am frechlynnau yn ardal Gwent, er mwyn helpu i amddiffyn ein cymunedau am genedlaethau i ddod.

Rydym yn gwybod bod lleisiau y gellir ymddiried ynddynt yn ein cymunedau’n gwneud pob gwahaniaeth wrth fynd i’r afael ag amharodrwydd at frechlynnau a gwybodaeth gamarweiniol. Dyna pam mae’r gynhadledd hon yn rhoi llysgenhadon cymunedol, arweinwyr gwreiddiau glas, a’r rhai sydd ag effaith wirioneddol wrth galon y drafodaeth.

Yn y gynhadledd, byddwch yn:

✅ Clywed beth mae cymunedau ar draws Gwent yn ei ddweud am frechlynnau

✅ Dysgu sut y gall eich llais dibynadwy dorri rhwystrau

✅ Helpu i lunio ymdrechion yn y dyfodol drwy rannu’ch mewnwelediad a’ch dylanwad unigryw

✅ Gweithio gyda ni i archwilio negeseuon a chamau gweithredu wedi’u cyd-greu a fydd yn taro deuddeg yn lleol

✅ Dathlu grym arloesedd dan arweiniad y gymuned

Mae eich llais yn bwysig. Boed chi’n arweinydd ffydd, mentor ieuenctid, trefnydd lleol neu rywun y mae pobl yn troi ato am gyngor — mae’ch rôl wrth lunio cymunedau iachach, mwy hyderus yn hollbwysig.

Gyda’n gilydd, gallwn feithrin ymddiriedaeth, cynyddu hyder, ac amddiffyn iechyd pawb yng Ngwent.
