CALLING ALL PEOPLE WHO WANT TO BECOME GYMNASTY!One Shot is hosting our monthly clinic in May and Coach Andre is running you through alllllll the drills and accessory to get better at the kipping pull-up, butterfly pull-up, bar muscle up, etc!
This clinic will range from novice to advanced & will be an opportunity to try new moves regardless of current fitness level!
