UK-based South Australian Music Hall of Fame inductee singer/songwriter/guitarist Gwyn Ashton is touring Germany with his rock blues trio that includes Italian bassist Fabio Drusin (Alvin Youngblood-Hart, Billy Gibbons, Govt Mule) and Welsh drummer Chris Sharley (Sassafras, Mick Clarke Band).
This powerful rock and blues combo will be playing songs from albums that Ashton has recorded with members of Deep Purple, Whitesnake and Robert Plant’s and Rory Gallagher’s bands.
Described by Johnny Winter as “a true blues player”, by Robert Plant as “the king of feel” plus previously special guest with Status Quo, Magnum, Rory Gallagher, Junior Wells, Mick Taylor, Canned Heat, Magnum, The Yardbirds, The Troggs, Omega, Slade, Johnny Winter and Peter Green, this is a show not to be missed.
