Hi all, please come out for our first picket of the fall as we bring our campaign ISU Pays Poverty Wages to Hovey Hall!This picket is a part of our major fall escalation plan to secure our first contract for grad workers living in poverty and debt. The plan was voted on membership, and is crucial to our success this fall so make plans to join us for anytime you can and tell other people!
Whether you're a grad worker, an undergrad worker, a student, staff faculty, a community member: we need you, we need to hear your voice! In order for things to change we need to apply pressure through collective action!
Picket will last an hour with chanting, marching, and speeches from grad workers, undergrad workers, as well as other unions on campus and around Bloomington-Normal.
