7.30pm, Egerton Hall. £5 for all for our comeback session. Thereafter, £7 per session, pay as you go, OR grab yourself a bargain and purchase a class discount card - 4 sessions for £20. HOWEVER, you MUST come to four sessions in a row to take advantage of the discount price. It's all about consistency, baby!!
Come by yourself, come with a friend, come with a group of friends. The more the damn merrier, baby! We have a nice big hall to play with.
All shapes, sizes, genders (yes boys, you're welcome too!) and fitness levels welcome, age 16 and over.
