Date for your diary – Glasgow Vintage Vehicle Trust’s ‘West End Bus Fest’ makes its return on Sunday 30th June, based at the Riverside Museum, as part of the ‘West Fest’ calendar of events.There will be a display of vintage buses at the Riverside Museum, and free vintage bus rides around the west end are on offer, every 15 minutes plus extras. You can stop the bus at any bus stop on the route, signal clearly to the driver for it to stop with outstretched arm in the usual manner.
If the weather is kind we will have an open top bus running between Riverside Museum and the Botanic Gardens.
We will have a kaleidoscope of around 15 colourful buses from various former companies out on the service.
This is totally free event, no tickets or booking is required!
