Speaker Bios:
DAVID H. NACHMAN, ESQ. is an experienced attorney who specializes in Corporate and Business Immigration and Nationality Law Practice. He currently serves as one of the Managing Attorneys at NPZ Law Group, P.C., where he has worked for over 35 years. Mr. Nachman earned his B.S. from Georgetown University, an MBA from Case Western Reserve University, and a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University Law School.
Mr. Nachman is a member of the New Jersey Bar, the U.S. Court of International Trade, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He has served as the Former NJ Chapter Chair of the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association (AILA) and is a mentor to national AILA members on Business Immigration Law and Employment Eligibility Verification related issues. Additionally, Mr. Nachman has been appointed as an Ethics Fee Arbitrator since 2014 and when requested he serves as an Adjunct Professor of Paralegal Studies (Immigration Law Module).
Overall, Mr. Nachman is a highly qualified attorney with a wealth of experience in the field of corporate and business immigration law. His membership in several legal organizations and his role as a mentor and educator demonstrate his commitment to the legal profession and to helping clients navigate complex immigration laws.
SAMANTHA OBERSTEIN, ESQ. is a Managing Attorney at the Nachman Phulwani Zimovcak (NPZ) Law Group, P.C. She earned her JD from St. John's University School of Law and her BA with Honors in Political Science and Spanish from State University of New York at Buffalo. Her experience in U.S. immigration law includes removal defense, asylum, family-based petitions, and criminal immigration law matters. Ms. Oberstein is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is fluent in Spanish.
