Join us for the next GuyTalks Crew Session at Sandhill Winery.

It's happening on Sunday, September 13th from 7pm-9pm.

This is an experience for men who want real connection, meaningful conversation, and the challenge to grow.

The flow of the evening generally looks like this:

A somatic practice (meditation, breathwork, etc.) to help us settle into the space and connect to our mind and body

Establishing agreements to ensure a safe and confidential space for the evening

A round of check-ins - Where you'll get the opportunity to introduce yourself, comfortably share about your life and what your intention is for our session

A combination of activities which may include journaling, group discussion, somatic practice, etc.

Sharing & Support Circle - an opportunity to integrate the previous stage and share your discoveries, ask questions or receive coaching support

Announcements & Closing - An opportunity to bring closure to the evening and share what you'll be integrating into your life outside of the circle.

The specific theme for September will be relationships.

We will deepen the conversation from our GuyTalks event in August.

This will be a powerful experience where you’ll get to connect with other men in the GuyTalks community, explore what a powerful relationship looks like to you and ask any questions or get support from our team of professional facilitiators and coaches.
