Come join us for a night of jazz at the Allens Lane Art Center! Guthrie P. Ramsey, Jr. is a music historian, pianist, composer, and professor of Music at the University of Pennsylvania.

Taking inspiration from the meditative phrase, “The Sound of History”, Dr. Ramsey has curated a selection of ancestral music that will make you sway, bop, groove, and fall in love with the ways in which music captures our history while propelling us forward.
