Gut Health has become a buzzword, but what does a healthy gut look like? Join Dr. John Reitz of Better Life Chiropractic and Wellness to learn about how your digestive system plays a key role in your health. At this workshop, you will learn about stomach acid, important enzymes, and other organs which are often overlooked, like the liver and gallbladder. You'll learn about common triggers that may interrupt gut function and also strategies to improve gut function.
But first, let's get those bodies moving! Maywood Park Director, Kendra, will kick off the evening with a guided spring hike to awaken your muscles and mind.
