She believes in not ‘gate keeping’ information that should belong to the human population for general health and wellbeing. Come along and learn how our gut function and how we can support our general everyday wellbeing.
Afterwards we can enjoy the balance of life and chill out the back with a beverage enojoying each others company while not sweating and maybe even wearing ‘normal people clothes’ instead of Lycra 😜😜
