Come and join us for our first big event of the year! We're having a taster session & ceilidh on Wednesday 25th September from 7:30pm-10:30pm in the GUU Dining Hall! All you need is a pair of trainers and a water bottle!
Haven't done Scottish country dancing before? No worries! Our wonderful dance teachers will teach you some of the classic dance moves so you're all ready to take to the floor. Then the magic begins with our ceilidh! We have live musicians and a bunch of fun ceilidh dances planned to keep you dancing the night away!
No dance experience needed! Everyone is welcome, from the two-step masters to those who can pas-de-basque for days ;) ! Invite all your friends along! We can't wait to see you :)
P.S. If it's something you enjoy, come and join us for our weekly dance classes starting on Thursday 26th September! We'll have even more fun and wacky dances to show you!
Tickets can be bought on the SRC website ahead of time (https://www.glasgowunisrc.org/organisation/8236/), or on the door (£5). But be quick! Tickets are first-come first serve.
