About this Event
Step into a rare introduction to Afrakan Gung-Fu, a martial discipline focused on strength, self-mastery, and holistic development. Approached from an African-centered perspective, Afrakan martial arts train the body, sharpen the mind, and cultivate balance through disciplined practice. Rooted in African traditions while reflecting historical connections with martial systems that developed across Asia, this approach views martial training as part of a broader science of personal development. Participants will witness live demonstrations, explore foundational training principles, and experience complementary practices that support the development of a complete martial artist. This event is designed as a welcoming introduction for those curious about martial arts, movement, and self-discipline.
