Format: Sealed Starter Deck, 1-on-1 Swiss Rounds, Capped at 3 rounds
Player Cap: 16 players
Starter decks from ST07 Celestial Drive and ST08 Flash of Radiance are randomly distributed before deck building. Players may swap decks with other players before opening them. No prior deckbuilding experience is required. Everyone builds on the spot and jumps straight into swiss rounds.
