Gumshoe is young adult mystery series that follows a group of Detroit Public School students at Joseph Harmon High School. They juggle school, while solving crimes in their hood. This film takes place during the first week of their junior year. Max White, Hamza Ali, Emma Lee, Katie Hall, Shaun Darden, and Marcus Heydenreich, work to figure out who planted a super fart bomb in the special education classroom. Along the way, and we learned, that the explosion in the special ed room was a act of vengeance. But who is behind it? Julia Wallace, John Moore, Max's Cousin from Virginia? Or someone else? Gumshoe bring a new look and dynamic, to a film and to the city in its great second renaissance, Detroit, MI.
