LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE AGREEMENTOur Corner of the Coast – “Decades” PartySaturday, September 13, 2025 | Longfellow Civic Center/Old Town Civic Center | 6:00 PM – Midnight

This Liability Waiver and Release Agreement ("Agreement") is made between the undersigned participant (“Participant”) and the event organizers of Our Corner of the Coast ("Hosts").

1. Assumption of RiskI acknowledge that participation in the "Decades" Party involves voluntary social interaction, including but not limited to dancing, food and beverage consumption, and the presence of other guests. I fully understand and accept that participation involves certain risks, including personal injury, illness, or property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and participation.

2. BYOB PolicyThis event is BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage). I understand that I am solely responsible for the transportation, storage, and consumption of any alcohol I bring to the venue. I agree to drink responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. I understand that the Hosts are not liable for any actions, injuries, damages, or consequences that may result from alcohol consumption.

3. Security EnforcementProfessional security will be onsite, and all guests are expected to comply with all safety protocols and reasonable requests made by security personnel. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event without refund or recourse.

4. Release of LiabilityIn consideration for being permitted to attend and participate in the event, I hereby release and hold harmless Our Corner of the Coast, its committee members, volunteers, affiliates, agents, and the venue (Longfellow Civic Center/Old Town Civic Center) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever for any loss, damage, or injury (including death) that may be sustained while attending or participating in the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

5. IndemnificationI agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Hosts and venue from any loss, liability, damage, or costs that may arise as a result of my actions, behavior, or participation in the event.

6. Medical AttentionIn the event of an emergency, I authorize the Hosts or security staff to seek medical treatment on my behalf and understand that I am financially responsible for any such treatment.

7. Photography & Media ReleaseBy attending, I consent to being photographed or recorded and authorize the use of my image, likeness, or voice for event promotion, social media, and other lawful purposes without compensation.

By being a ticketed guest,I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Liability Waiver & Release Agreement.
