Ralph Towner 最廣為人知的身份，是作為知名原聲爵士樂團 Oregon 的首席作曲家、結他手和琴手。Ralph亦是為數不多以演奏古典結他為主的現代爵士音樂家之一，其演奏經常超越傳統爵士樂的界限並伸延至世界音樂，頗具特色。

Ralph Towner is best known as the lead composer, guitarist and keyboardist for the acoustic jazz ensemble Oregon. As one of the few modern jazz musicians to specialise in acoustic guitar, Ralph’s playing often stretches beyond the boundaries of conventional jazz into world music and is quite distinctive.
In this concert, he will be joined by renowned Italian saxophonist Javier Girotto for a rich and fruitful musical dialogue.
