GuineaFest: Celebrating Independence of Guinea for the Guinean Diaspora!!🎉🇬🇳🎉

GuineaFest is coming to Columbus this October 5th, 2024, to invite all descendants, family and friends of the Guinean community to celebrate the 66th independence of Guinea, immerse in the history and pride of the motherland, explore a variety of ethnic food and cultures, and take part in an important conversation on the advancement of the Guinean Diaspora and Guinea as a nation! Bring you friends, family, children, coworkers- all people across the USA are invited to have fun and learn of the valuable culture and history of Guinea through GuineaFest!❤️💛💚

GuineaFest will consist of a beautiful recitation of the national anthem, a culture-infused pride walk, an incredible historical reenactment of the the history of Guinea from the Songhai Empire to Samory Toure to the election of Former President Sekou Toure, activities from dance competitions, wrestling matches, a friendly soccer match between the Ohio & Indiana teams of the Guinean Interstate Soccer League, Multilingual Translation Booths to try out ethnic languages, visit many vendors and organizations working in and with the Guinean community around the world, we will have fresh food sold stemming from various cultures of Guinea, and we will have our tremendous Guinean Diaspora Advacement Conference where reputable panelists will participate in a discourse of innovative and impact solutions to further advance the Guinean Diaspora abroad and the nation of Guinean itself across: Health, Politics, Economics, Finance, Education, Technology and Security.
Guineans from all over the USA are invited to come join and meet new people. We are also inviting all Americans to come join and share in our celebration of the rich culture and history of Guinea. Save the date! Bring your pride, love, and honor!
