In partnership with Together For Youth and the UnityPoint Mental Health Clinic here in the Cedar Valley, we invite you to join us for a three-month parenting series! See below for details on each session.
Thursday, February 26: Teen Anxiety & Behavior-
Join us for a small group session on teen anxiety and related behaviors. Participants will receive educational resources and information about school-based health and wellness services.
Thursday, March 19: Navigating Parenthood as a Teen-
Join Olivia Kirk, Health Educator at Together For Youth, for a supportive conversation created for teens who are parents, focused on navigating parenthood with confidence. Enjoy free pizza, and stay after for a special evening storytime at 6pm!
Thursday, April 23: The Importance of Play-
A Social Worker from UnityPoint Mental Health Clinic, specializing in mental health therapy, will be here to discuss the importance of play and interaction.
