Guided Yoga Flow, Arm Balances & Inversions
About this Event
Open to All Levels.
We'll begin with a warm-up yoga flow designed to prepare the body for inversions and arm balances. You do not need to have arm balance experiences to join this event. You'll receive options, modifications, and progressions based on your experience, wehter you're working on your first crow pose or handstanads and forearm balances.
The goal is exploration and progression, not perfection.
