Guided Walking Meditation

🚶‍♂️ What: For this immersive guided walking meditation, we invite you to walk with us alongside the beautiful ocean on South Beach. We will meet at the Starbuck on 3rd street.

Through the gentle guidance of Murray and the music of MindTravel in your headphones or earbuds, you will be transported mentally and spiritually and will return refreshed, revitalized, and re-centered. With stillness through movement we will connect to the present moment for a transformational experience where music and mindfulness meet.

Many people are familiar with a seated meditation practice, but a walking meditation might be a new experience. Though it seems counterintuitive, you can find stillness and presence *through* movement, and that's what we'll be experiencing together.

⭐️ Who: Murray Hidary is a pianist, composer, and serial entreprenuer. Through his mindful experience MindTravel, he shares his meditative piano compositions and walking meditations with tens of thousands of people.
