Join Park Ambassador Rose Wight OAM for an exploratory walk around one of the most historic parts of the Adelaide Park Lands. Learn about its horse-racing and motor racing history as well as its surprising ongoing role in providing rare habitat for an endangered butterfly. See the exercise track, construction progress on the new wetlands, and the open woodlands. Bring the kids! Dogs on leads are also most welcome. Wear sturdy shoes for a walk of about 2 hours duration.
