Guided Tree Walk: Cannizaro Park's Diverse Tree Collection

Join arboriculturist Greg Packman in exploring the park's tree collection, one of the most diverse collections in Greater London. There are over 200 species originating from all over the world. The park has numerous Champion trees and Remarkable trees as recognised by The Tree Register of the British Isles (TROBI).

All proceeds from this walk go to support The Friends of Cannizaro Park, a registered charity, whose aims are to provide oversight of the park in relation to its maintenance by the London Borough of Merton and to strive to commission improvements to the Park for the benefit of visitors and the local community as a whole.

• All walks will go ahead rain or shine: please come dressed and prepared for the weather
• Please wear appropriate footwear to accommodate uneven and slippery paths and terrain
• Meet at the Millenium Fountain by the main park entrance for a prompt 11AM start.

Refunds will only be offered due to cancellation by the organisers. The weather on the day will not be considered a valid reason for cancellation unless considered to be a safety risk. Guests who are unable to attend or who choose not to attend the event are not eligible for a refund if the event goes ahead.
