Guided Subconscious Exploration & Meditation

This class is a guided exploration through the hidden subconscious; a meeting between you and the abyss that lies beyond your unhealed traumas, fears, and anxieties. Once met, you will work to form a physical representation of said abyss. This creature created from the abyss will become a valuable tool that can be used to cope, understand, and heal. It may take time, but through connections made during this journey we can work together to heal as a collective.

Meet the Instructors!

Class Guide: Cloey Elliot (aka Buni & Huni)

• Cloey is a passionate artist who has recently partnered with the team at Kindred Collective. Cloey will be guiding this class in the creation of your creature from your abyss. This concept originated from her early years of high school when she found herself struggling with mental instability and borderline personality disorder. Her personal creature has been re-imagined as she has grown but the core point behind the design has stayed the same. Cloey created Vessel (her creature) to cope with the instability she felt within herself; often drawing him or using his likeness in poetry and art to describe her feelings. She continues to use Vessel as a way to understand herself and heal and hopes to help others as much as she's been able to help herself.

Meditation Guide: Brynn Elise (aka ChillyMoon)

• Brynn is a reiki certified practitioner who has recently partnered with the team at Kindred Collective. She will be leading the class through meditation where you will come face to face with your creature of the abyss. This guided meditation was created by Brynn thanks to a prompt from a writing class she took in high school.
