Relax into a guided sound meditation featuring crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and other calming instruments designed to help quiet the mind, release tension, and restore balance within the body. You’ll be gently guided into a deeply restful state as soothing vibrations and harmonious sounds fill the space around you.
We will close the evening with an Intentional Water Blessing, a mindful practice of focused gratitude and positive intention for well-being and renewal.

What to bring: Yoga mat, and pillow provided. Bring any extra support (pillows/bolsters) and blankets for extra comfort
