Join Medicine Woman Gabby for a group Guided Shamanic Journey. Participants will initially be guided through a grounding embodiment exercise, to help settle the mind and root into the body. Then they will be led on a journey to meet their Spirit Guides/Allies, The Grandmother Tree, connect with their Inner Altar Space, and finally connect with the Great Spirit to learn the medicine, wisdom and teachings it has to share. Participants can expect to experience deep insight, spiritual connection, and heart-centered renewal to self and the earth.
