About this Event

The Walters Art Museum offers in-person school tours in the galleries, with opportunities for either docent-led or self-guided experiences. Please complete this registration form to reserve a docent-led tour for your school group.

Tours are FREE. A voluntary contribution of $7 per student will help us sustain educational programs for our communities. The Walters is pleased to offer a limited number of bus stipends for Title I schools throughout the state of Maryland, through the form of reimbursements for partial or full bus expenses. For more information, please contact [email protected].

In-person guided tours are 75 minutes long and are offered on Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., and Fridays at 10:00 a.m. A minimum of ten students is necessary for a docent-led tour, with a maximum of 80 students. We can accommodate groups of up to 80 students for all docent-led tours. If you have more than 80 students, we encourage you to sign up for a self-guided tour.

After you complete this registration, you will be contacted by a Walters staff member to confirm details within five business days.
