Guided Rest and Nature Walk Experience

Federica Torri will lead an outdoor workshop focused on Yoga Nidra, a dream-like mindfulness meditation where attendees will be guided through an imagery journey. Students are welcome to lie on mats or blankets throughout the meditation. A silent nature walk will follow this meditation.

The meditation will take place on Bigelow Lawn, in front of the large grey chapel in the middle of the Cemetery and the location is subject to change due to inclement weather.

What to bring: a blanket or yoga mat, a water bottle, and a journal to use for reflection before/after the workshop.
