A weekly opportunity for folks of any experience level to practice their west coast swing!
You should bring:
- A desire to practice west coast swing
- Dance shoes or socks
- A water bottle
We provide:
- A large studio space
- Music
- A guided 30-minute warm-up (optional)
- An Advanced/All-Star dancer to answer questions throughout
The goal here is to create a community space for individual and small group practice, and to provide support. If you have been to a class or two and have stuff to practice, great! If you are brand new, reach out -- we would love to help you get connected with other ways to get started.
Cost is $10, cash or Venmo. If that's prohibitive for you, reach out and we can work something out.
Parking at Tula is available in the lot right next to the building. There are a bunch of scary signs that say the parking is only for some Fire Station office building, but I promise on Sundays we can park there.
