Whether you're brushing up on patterns or just starting out, Guided Practice is here to support your dance journey. Each week features an optional guided warm-up and a dedicated dancer available to answer questions throughout.
What to expect:
• A large studio space with music and mirrors
• Optional 30-minute warm-up
• Support from an experienced dancer
• A low-pressure environment for solo, partner, or group practice
What to bring:
• Dance shoes or socks
• Water bottle
• Curiosity, patience, and a willingness to learn with others
