Guided Poetry Exhibitions Tour with Adetola Adedipe
About this Event
Using poetry as a vehicle for expression and connection, Adetola “aloT of Poetry” Adedipe will guide participants of all writing levels through an exploratory exhibitions tour of our spring/summer 2026 exhibitions ᐃᔨ – Eyes – Shirley Moorhouse and Zadie Xa with Benito Mayor Vallejo | Moonlit Confessions Across Deep Sea Echoes: Your Ancestors Are Whales, and Earth Remembers Everything, offering prompts and creative tools to help attendees discover their inner poet and create their own poetic responses to artwork.
This workshop is open to anyone with little to no experience in writing poetry. The goal is to respond to the exhibitions through creative expression. It’s perfect for individuals interested in exploring responsive poetry writing and who are open to being inspired and sharing their work.
There are some mauture themes in this program and is reccomended for ages 16+
