Join us on March 20th at 7:00 pm and step into a sanctuary of calm and harmony with our 60 minute Guided Meditation and Sound Bath, designed to help you rediscover your inner balance and cultivate deep peace within.
In this immersive experience, you’ll be gently guided through a meditation journey that centers on grounding, alignment, and restoring equilibrium to mind, body, and spirit. As you settle into relaxation, soothing sound waves from crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments will wash over you, dissolving tension and inviting serenity.
Each journey is unique, whether you’re seeking relief from daily stress or looking to reconnect with your true self, this session offers a nurturing space to let go, recharge, and realign. No prior meditation experience is required—just bring an open heart and a willingness to receive.

Just YOU, open and ready to receive ~ plush yoga mats, neck rolls and fuzzy blankets are provided to ensure a relaxing and comfortable journey.
