Join Beverly as we take time to slow down to come into our heart centre as we are entering into the darkest months of the year. This is a perfect time to take time to nourish your mind, body and soul.
During this workshop, Beverly will guide you in Meditation to connect to your heart centre. connecting to a Rose Quartz Crystal to help you to open up your heart space to receive the energies of the Rose Quartz Crystal and to see the beauty and the strength that you hold within.
She will also share with you a beautiful practice to anoint yourself with rose oil. The rose oil that has been blended by myself in a sacred ceremony. This rose oil is blended with Olive Oil, a sacred tree which offers strength and healing. The frequencies that this blend offers is one of strength, healing and opening up of the heart centre so that we can release that which no longer serves us and opens us up to receive.
Through these beautiful rituals and practices connecting to the rose quartz and receiving the vibrations of the rose oil your body will begin to relax, to soften and become present into the moment.
You will then be invited to fully surrender either lying down or sitting however you prefer. Beverly will then bring in the sacred sound of her Crystalline bowls which will surround you and bathe you in their crystalline frequencies.
The sacred sounds of the crystalline bowls flow through the waters in your body through every cell, every vessel, every muscle through your DNA supporting you in fully surrendering, releasing what is no longer serving you, helping you to really open up to what it is that you wish to bring into your lives.
You will be bathed in these beautiful frequencies of the sound and when the time is right you will be gently guided back into your physical body inviting you to embody all that you have received into your physical, your emotional and spiritual bodies before you leave you will be anchored and grounded back into the physical space ready for the weeks to come.
