**About the Experience:**
Our session will begin with a calming guided meditation to gently release the stresses of the day and open your heart and body to the healing vibrations of Reiki. As you are guided through this meditative journey, you'll be invited to hold a piece of Selenite - a crystal celebrated for its ability to cleanse, purify, and align you with your highest potential.
As the room fills with the high vibrational energies of Selenite, placed strategically to maximize the healing environment, each participant will receive individual hands-on Reiki. This ancient Japanese technique promotes healing, balance, and well-being, complementing the meditative state you'll be in.
Throughout the session, soothing meditative music will play in the background, creating an immersive experience that invites deep healing and relaxation. Additionally, Heather and Joanne will enhance your journey by clearing each participant's energy field with a special clearing spray, leaving you feeling light, purified, and rejuvenated.
**What to Bring:**
For the ultimate comfort and experience, please bring:
- A yoga mat
- A blanket
- Two pillows
- Alternatively, an Anti-gravity Chair or Camp Chair
