Guided Meditation + Group Reiki Reset

Join Johanna for a calming and restorative guided meditation and group Reiki experience designed to help you pause and reset during the Holistic Health and Healing Expo.

This session offers a gentle introduction to both meditation and Reiki in a grounded and accessible way. We will begin with a guided meditation to help settle the mind and body, followed by group Reiki to support relaxation, stress relief, and overall balance.

Johanna is a registered nurse and holistic wellness practitioner who blends clinical insight with mindfulness and energy based practices. Her approach is supportive, calming, and beginner friendly, making this experience welcoming for anyone curious about meditation or Reiki as well as those already familiar with these practices.

This is a fully guided seated experience. No physical movement is required. Come as you are and allow yourself a moment of rest and restoration.
