Our 30 minute guided meditation class is designed to help you reduce stress, increase emotional well-being and promote relaxation. The class will teach you how to establish a comfortable seated position, offer breathing techniques to enhance focus and guidance throughout the meditation to deepen your practice.
Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to meditation this class will offer you a renewed sense of peace and presence.
