Everyone, whether religious or non – religious, is looking for happiness all the time and wants to be free from problems and suffering permanently. We can fulfill this wish through training in meditation. Gen Mila will share a step -by step guide on how you can do this. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, Buddhist or non-Buddhist, everyone is welcome to explore the benefits of meditation in this inclusive and nurturing space. Each class is self-contained and can be attended individually.
No need to wear special clothing. Dress comfortably. We sit on chairs. We have a book shop to browse, water on sale. There is secure and ample parking.

About the Teacher:
As a student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, Gen Kelsang Mila is a modern – day Kadampa Nun and the resident teacher of Vajrapani Kadampa Buddhist Centre. She has been a student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for 20 years and ordained for fifteen years. Her teachings are always practical and easy to apply to everyday life.
