Come join 3GenLove and Opal Moon Spiritual healing for an amazing Guided Meditation and Healing Sound Bath! We will begin with a guided meditation to help you become relaxed and more calm. This will help your nervous system to get out of Fight or Flight mode, which most of us suffer with, allowing your body to become fully receptive to the Sound Bath and Reiki treatment to follow. After the meditation you will enjoy the beautiful healing sounds of many indigenous instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, Native American drums, rain sticks, chimes, and more, and the class will finish with a mini reiki session for each person attending!!Bring your yoga mat, pillow, blankets, whatever you need to be comfortable.
Tickets are $35 at the door, and $30 if you sign up prior and pay in advance through the event link.
