We have to share this class opportunity again because the first experience was just so amazing!
Have you always been curious about guided meditation? Have you wondered about how to use it with painting to relax and to observe your thoughts and feelings while being present, without judgement - while exploring your creativity?
If you’ve answered yes, we have the experience for you!
This is our encore, a unique Guided Meditation Painting Experience. In two hours, attendees will experience the calming practice of meditation as it meshes with the creative process of painting. It’s about finding a moment of BOTH peace and creativity in your day.
It’s calming AND rewarding.
This class is Monday October 21, from 6- 8 p.m. and the canvas sizes will vary from square to portrait size and can be picked by each participant; class is priced at $40/painter
Class will begin with aromatherapy (you pick the scent!) and a guided meditation to experience relaxation and self-awareness; we’ll be guided by Reiki Master Michelle Hagerty. She has created a unique guided meditation especially for this class.
Following Michelle’s guided meditation, each attendee will select a blank canvas and acrylic paint colors and markers. Then attendees will capture the feelings from their meditative experience using these tools.
A variety of canvas sizes will be offered, as well as all the paints, in colors of the rainbow including glitter and metallics.
The paintings will undoubtedly take many forms, connecting attendees with their thoughts and feelings, without judgement, while painting one-of-a-kind masterpieces.
We will be available to guide you along the creative part of the journey. Everyone’s painting will be as unique as they are. Whether a seasoned artist, or a beginner to painting, this class is rewarding for everyone … for every skill level.
Each painter will receive a hand-folded Lucky origami crane and an inStax photo with sticker frame of you holding your masterpiece at the end of class if you’d like to share.
