These circles will be facilitated at the wellness center downtown, so spaces are small & intimate allowing for deep integration & alchemy with a group ceremony to ground and reflect afterwards. No journeying experience is necessary. The time is now, I am so honored to join you on the path back to the heart 🏹
Please bring a journal, drum and rattle if you have one, a blanket and any other creature comforts you may need. Extra drums & rattles are available, japanese futons, floor cushions and pillows are available & chairs and a big comfy couch is also available at the wellness center if mobility restrictions prevent lying down. Herbal tea for the ceremony, energized water and dark chocolate will also be available.
