Join the Insights Science Discovery Center for their monthly, first-Saturday, guided hike through 211 acres of fossilized dinosaur tracks and giant fossil beds from the Cretaceous Period! Dinosaurs that left these tracks include:
* Ornithopods — common plant-eaters, often moving in herds
* Theropods — meat-eating dinosaurs walking through the same area
* Ankylosaurs — heavily armored quadrupeds also present in the landscape
Tours cost $15 per person. Children five years old and under are free. Prepayment guarantees your reservation. Purchase tickets here: https://events.humanitix.com/dinotracks-public-tour-saturday-march-7th-2026/tickets
You will be sent your ticket, which includes a link to an online waiver to sign, as well as directions to the meeting point in Sunland Park. Please have the waiver filled out before arriving, as there isn't a strong cellular signal at the site.
We can coordinate carpools from Las Cruces for anyone interested.
